Located right by the castle in the old Alfama district, this hotel offers a unique and convenient location. The courtyard and dining area provide a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful and clean, with great views of the courtyard and Tagus River. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a good variety of options. the hotel provides a charming and enjoyable experience.

The access to the hotel is difficult by taxi.

The location next to the castle walls is amazing, literally next to the castle. The hotel facilities were charming and the courtyard was lovely. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and luxurious sheets. The included breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the train station and is in a historical area.

I had a wonderful stay at Solar Do Castelo - Alfama. The hotel's location next to the castle was fine and made for a unique experience. The building itself had so much character and charm, with its intriguing architecture and museum in the cellar. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and clean, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. I also appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary pasteis de nata and port, and the fact that breakfast ended at 12, awesome for a relaxed start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in Lisbon.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of an old-world neighborhood. The narrow cobblestone streets and charming shops were a unique experience. It was also conveniently located near the main shopping streets and town center, with access to tourist attractions. The breakfast in the courtyard was a good way to start the day, with peacocks strolling around.

The hotel was a bit difficult to reach, especially with transportation. It was recommended to have the hotel arrange a transfer as taxis had difficulty reaching the entrance.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, right alongside the castle, at the top of the tallest hill in the city, and in the center of old town. The service room was fantastic, with incredible housekeeping, medical facilities service, laundry, and airport shuttle. Our room had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, an in-room safe. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, as well as the staff who were incredibly helpful and provided the absolute best in customer service.

This hotel is located right next to the castle, providing a unique and historic atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard and a peaceful escape from the busy city. The staff is extremely helpful and the breakfast offers a large selection of delicious foods.

The breakfast at the hotel may be considered quite expensive compared to other options outside of the hotel.

Despite the negatives, the hotel had its charms. The rooms were excellent and the staff was friendly. Plus, they offered complimentary tea, coffee, and custard tarts in the afternoon and evening. That was a nice touch. the hotel had a peaceful and quiet setting with no traffic noise. It was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The location was a major letdown. Taxis couldn't drop us off at the hotel due to the narrow and steep streets, so we had to walk several streets to get there.

A hidden gem in the heart of Lisbon, Solar Do Castelo is amazing location near the castle. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and had a spacious bathroom. Despite being in a busy part of town, the hotel provided a peaceful retreat. The staff were friendly and helpful, our every need was met. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with cold and hot food options. We especially enjoyed dining in the charming courtyard. I highly recommend this hotel for a good stay in Lisbon!

This place is situated at the top of a hill, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the center of the old town, allowing me to easily explore the stunning sights this area has to offer. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service from the friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, complete with thoughtful amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked tea and coffee area.
